A:  TurboCAD Community is an independant web site that wants to collect and orginize the wealth of collective knowledge available on the application and then to use this information to promote the use of TurboCAD amongst general and professional users.

A:  There are instructions on how to add pages to the Wiki in How to use the Wiki
